Make sure the food is defrosted if frozen. Bring a stock pot filled with 75% water to a boil. Drop the bag of grits, and creole sauce in and turn the heat down to a simmer. Let it simmer for 5 minutes. Turn off heat and let it sit in the water for another 5 minutes. The bag of shrimp should simmer in pot for 4 minutes and sit in water for 3 minutes. Carefully cut open the bag and serve.
